STATEMENT OF FAITH AND CREED OF THE CHURCH

I believed in God the father Almighty, Maker of Heaven and earth: And in Jesus Christ His Only Son, out Lord: which was conceived by the Holy Ghost, Born of the Virgin Mary; Suffered under Pontius Pilate, was crucified, dead, and buried. He descended into hell; The third day He rose again from the dead; He ascended into Heaven; and sits on the right hand of God the Father Almighty; from thence He shall come to judge the quick and the dead. I believed in the Holy Ghost; The Holy Church of God; the communion of Saints; the forgiveness of sin; the resurrection of the body; And life everlasting.

We, having been called out of the world by the Holy Spirit of God, and having become acquainted with the Articles and policy of The Kingdom Church of Christ Holiness Unto The Lord, Inc. and believing it to be of God, and having given our names and thereby become members of the same, do solemnly, but cheerfully, and with joy and gladness enter into this covenant:
1. That we will put away from us all bitterness, wrath, anger, clamor, and evil speaking, and be king to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven…[us] (Eph. 4:31).
2. That as we have opportunity we will do good unto all men; (Gal. 6:10)
3. That we will have no fellowship with the unfruitful works of darkness, but will rather reprove them; (Eph. 5:11)
4. That we will contend earnestly for the faith which was once delivered to the saints; (Jude 1:3).
5. That we will bring up our children in the nurture and admonition of the Lord; (Eph. 6:4).
6. That we will not forsake the assembling of ourselves together as the manner of some is; (Heb. 10:25)
7. That we will keep the ordinances as they were delivered unto us; (1 Cor. 11:2).
8. That we will confess our faults one to another and pray one for another; (James 5:16
9. That we will remember them which have the rule over us, who speak unto us the Word of God, whose faith we will follow considering the end of their conversation, Jesus Christ; (Heb. 13:7).
10.That we will give as God hath prospered us, not grudgingly, nor of necessity, for God loveth a cheerful giver; (II Cor. 9:7).
11.That, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever thing are of good report, we will think on these things; (Phil 4:8)
12.And that whatsoever we do, in word or in deed, we will do heartily as unto the Lord, striving always in all things to be well pleasing unto Him who loved us and gave Himself for us. (Gal. 4:22-23)
